Solmaz Beef Sujuk Hot and Mild
Sujuk (or sucuk) is a popular Turkish cured sausage, typically dry and spicy. It is made from beef and has a high fat content, which translates to lots of flavour. Beef is mixed with spices, stuffed in casings and dried for several weeks. You can use sujuk lots of different ways, but it is often sliced and fried in a pan to serve for breakfast with eggs, or used in a sandwich, or served in stews, or even grilled on a bbq. Sujuk isn't like other sausages - you will have to taste this yourself to see why it is a loved Turkish product!
We sell both mild and spicy sujuk in store, so come by and pick some up!
